The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 1962/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the project to preserve, restore and renovate Tuy Loan communal house relic, Hoa Phong commune, Hoa Vang district with a total investment of nearly 9.6 billion VND.

The project will be implemented in 2024 - 2026 to preserve and restore damaged relics, prevent degradation; and preserve original and authentic elements.
Specifically, the project will carry out important items such as dismantling and restoring the tiled roofs and eaves of Tuy Loan communal house and the Ancestral Temple.
Existing decorative elements will be retained, while the roofing will be replaced with yin-yang tiles and damaged decorative elements restored.
For wooden frame and wooden roof systems, dismantle severely damaged components and reinforce and restore them with the same materials to ensure the stability and durability of the structure.
The wall section that has lost its structural connection or is severely damaged is cleaned of moss, peeling plaster and painted with colored lime to restore its original appearance. Ceramic tiles measuring 300x300 are laid to restore the surface.
For the Repatriation House and the Kitchen House, the conservation work will focus on dismantling and restoring the roof tiles and eaves. Cleaning and restoring the fence. Some other ancillary structures such as toilets and side gates will be newly built...
The restoration of Tuy Loan communal house requires the organization of incense offering, memorialization and worship ceremonies during holidays and Tet.
