The famous culinary guide Michelin Guide has just announced a list of the 10 most attractive culinary destinations in 2025, in which Da Nang city, Vietnam is a notable new name with fresh seafood and dishes rich in local identity.

Danang Cuisine has received more attention from domestic and international media and tourists since June 2024, when the Michelin Guide was present in this coastal city.

Among the must-try dishes in Da Nang, Michelin Guide suggests Quang noodles and fish noodle soup. Quang noodles are a typical dish of the central region with noodles that are a combination of flat rice noodles and yellow egg noodles. The broth is small but rich, with a meaty aroma. The dish is served with lemon, chili and green vegetables such as banana flowers, lettuce, coriander, and green onions.
Quang noodles have many different types, mainly based on the type of "filling", such as Quang noodles with shrimp, meat, chicken, frog, fish... and is a dish that can be eaten at any meal.
