At the same time, direct the competent authorities to thoroughly resolve the problems in land lots TT5 and TT6 under the Nam Cuong Group's project, and soon connect Nguyen Quy Duc street with the new urban area of Trung Van to reduce traffic congestion at the intersection of Luong The Vinh - Vu Huu.
Propose the City People's Committee to direct the investor Hancic Company to complete infrastructure items such as a 2,000m2 smart parking lot; underground parking lot and a 6,300m2 sports green area; clear the ground and open the 21m road to To Huu street; invest in the construction and connection of the D1750 sewer line to To Huu street.
