National defense and security education councils at all levels thoroughly grasp and perform well the assigned tasks. Closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities in planning socio-economic development associated with national defense and security.

Lead, direct, thoroughly grasp and strictly implement directives, resolutions, orders and instructions on combat readiness and training tasks. Deploy, develop, supplement and adjust the combat readiness document system at all levels to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

The work of managing and protecting the national border is implemented comprehensively and synchronously with forms and measures according to the provisions of law and border regulations. The armed forces coordinate with all levels and forces to manage and protect the border and sea areas of the province and protect the adjacent areas between provinces. Carry out well the work of attacking and suppressing all types of crimes and promote the core, proactive and active role in building the all-people border defense, the all-people border defense posture in the sea border area is increasingly strong.
