Since the beginning of the year, through the inspection and market control work of the provincial Market Management Department, it has been shown that the situation of trading and transporting smuggled goods, counterfeit goods and fake goods in the province is still happening. In markets and commercial centers, there is still a situation where sellers, due to lack of understanding of the law on commercial business, do not list the price of goods, behave uncivilizedly; there is still the phenomenon of soliciting and forcing customers to buy goods. Some organizations and individuals still trade in counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, goods that infringe intellectual property rights, and do not ensure food safety...

Identifying the dissemination of law as a key task of the Market Management force, from the beginning of 2025, the Provincial Market Management Department has issued plans on dissemination of law in commercial business activities. In particular, the Department assigned targets to Market Management teams to strive to disseminate law to at least 25% of business organizations and individuals in the area.

In the first 7 months of 2025, through the work of local management, the provincial Market Management force coordinated with functional agencies to organize propaganda, disseminate laws, and mobilize 29,309 business organizations and individuals to sign commitments to comply with legal regulations in commercial business.

The content and forms of propaganda are also carried out in a rich and diverse manner, suitable for each locality and target audience, such as: Providing direct information on regulations and legal sanctions against the production and trading of smuggled, counterfeit, poor quality goods, and goods that do not ensure food safety and hygiene; coordinating with competent authorities to sign a commitment to strictly comply with legal regulations in commercial business. The provincial Market Management Department also proactively coordinated with news agencies and newspapers to publish hundreds of news and articles on inspection and control activities of the Market Management force...

Market management officers and tax authorities coordinate to propagate and disseminate tax policies to business households in the area.

Through propaganda work, it has helped business organizations and individuals clearly recognize new methods and tricks of violators; the harmful effects of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, illegal goods... on socio -economic development, rights and health of the community. From there, it helps people, organizations and business individuals raise their awareness, not to trade in counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, infringe intellectual property rights, and not ensure food safety and hygiene. At the same time, through propaganda work, it has contributed to ensuring commercial civilization in the area and protecting the rights of consumers; helping organizations and individuals feel secure in doing business, ensuring social security and serving people, as well as tourists when coming to Quang Ninh.

In particular, through propaganda and mobilization, the provincial Market Management force has mobilized the active participation of people and businesses in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods. Since the beginning of the year, people and businesses have provided the Market Management force with many valuable sources of information, helping the unit verify, detect, arrest, and handle 458 cases, 458 violators, with a total amount of 17.59 billion VND.

Thereby, maintaining a healthy business environment, protecting the legitimate interests of people and businesses doing business honestly and responsibly.
