Recently, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi announced the minimum score based on the 2024 high school graduation exam score. Accordingly, the Medicine and Dentistry majors have the highest minimum score of 22.5 points. Following is Pharmacy with 21 points. The majors of Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology and Nursing all have a minimum score of 20.

In 2023, the benchmark score for Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi surpassed that of Medicine and had the highest benchmark score of 26.8, while Medicine had a benchmark score of 26.75. The remaining majors of the school ranged from 23.55 to 24.35 points.
At Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the minimum score for Medicine is 22.5 points. Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine both have a minimum score of 21. Meanwhile, the minimum score for Preventive Medicine, Nursing and Laboratory Technology is 19.

Last year, the benchmark score for Thai Binh University of Medicine and Pharmacy ranged from 15 to 25.8. Of which, the Medicine major had the highest benchmark score, followed by the Medical Laboratory Technology major with 23.7 points. Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine both had scores above 23. Meanwhile, Public Health had the lowest benchmark score with 15 points.
Only those who achieve 24 points or more can apply to the Medical Faculty of Hanoi Medical University . The Medical Faculty, Thanh Hoa Branch of Medicine, and Dentistry of Hanoi Medical University all have a minimum score of 24.
