Actor Trong Nhan and palm cake shop owner Nguyen Son have been the focus of the online community's attention in the past few days regarding a conflict over an order worth 408,000 VND. Trong Nhan was accused by the shop owner of "bombing" the order, having the shipper deliver it but unable to contact the actor of Rose on the Left Chest.
Trong Nhan said he had not closed the order and told the shop to deliver the goods, and could not hold the phone 24/7 to answer any calls. After that, Trong Nhan went to the store to confront them, and the two continuously fought each other on social media. The actor publicly revealed many messages and recordings that the shop owner sent him with vulgar and insulting words. Along with that, the shop owner also publicly posted Trong Nhan's phone number and personal information on social media, causing him to be constantly harassed and forced to turn off his phone.
After many days of arguing, on the evening of July 26, the restaurant owner made an 8-minute clip explaining everything in detail, mainly blaming Trong Nhan for not being clear in closing the deal, leading to misunderstandings, and even saying that the actor behaved like a mentally unstable person.
In response to fierce criticism from netizens, the Nguyen Son Banh Bo shop's Fanpage later posted an official apology to Trong Nhan. "I would like to end all the noise in the past few days. I admit I was wrong and would like to apologize to Trong Nhan and all customers who had bad experiences. I accept all my mistakes and end everything that has happened. I will delete everything related to this matter. Everyone will make mistakes, and so will I. I take all the unnecessary mistakes upon myself."
A few minutes ago, the actor also made an official announcement on his personal page: "If Son apologizes, I will not tease him anymore. As I said 2 days ago, if Son apologizes, I will not pursue him, but if he sues, I will. The lawyer is working to complete the lawsuit against Son."
Trong Nhan affirmed that the story between him and the owner of Son's restaurant was not intended to create drama to attract views. "Because Son slandered, fabricated, threatened, insulted, and publicly disclosed personal information and phone numbers, I did not dare to open my phone. This directly affected my work and finances . And from now until the court, I will not post anything about Son and cannot delete related posts because they are evidence later. When the court finishes, I will delete them," the actor added.

The actor confirmed that he is authorizing a lawyer to sue the owner of the banh bo shop. Trong Nhan said the drama of the past few days has given him a headache and he did not dare to turn on his phone because his personal phone number was made public by the shop owner.
