The joy of victory of the U.10 District 7 team - D7 Sports Park
The 2023 Ho Chi Minh City U.10 Talent Tournament has just concluded the quarter-finals, selecting 4 representatives to participate in the semi-finals including Navy Phu Nhuan, District 4, Shoptretho Ngoc Hung and District 7 - D7 Sports Park.
In particular, District 7 representative - D7 Sports Park defeated Go Vap representative with a score of 5-2 in the quarter-finals to enter the group of 4 strongest teams in the city for the first time. This is the youth football team that former HAGL Club captain Luong Xuan Truong visited and interacted with.
This is considered a very encouraging achievement of the youth training center after only 18 months of establishment and operation, with the Technical Director being former head coach of U.19 Vietnam Doan Minh Xuong and coaches Epassi (former player of Ho Chi Minh City Club), Ronaldo Barbosa, Tran Minh Phu and Tran Quang Chien.

In addition to sports training, D7 Sports Park Center also resonates with a series of meaningful activities such as building a library for District 7, interacting with the coaching staff and players of the Ho Chi Minh City Football Club.
The international standard sports talent training and development center in District 7 was established in April 2022 in a cooperation program with the District 7 Culture and Sports Center to train U.10, U.12 players... with the goal of developing District 7 football talents, and is an official member of the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF).
Although participating in the U.10 HCMC talent tournament as a new team, the U.10 District 7 - D7 Sports Park team showed outstanding spirit and skills when they excellently overcame a series of strong opponents to win a ticket to the semi-finals.
Reaching the semi-finals in the first time participating is a great recognition for D7 Sports Park Center.
Specifically, in the match against U.10 - Go Vap District, the U.10 D7 - District 7 players showed great concentration, effort and determination throughout the match, along with reasonable tactics from the coaches, helping the U.10 D7 - District 7 team win convincingly 5-2 against the U.10 Go Vap District team - one of the strong candidates for the championship.
Beyond the expectations of the coaching staff of D7 Sports Park, this is not only the result of the dedication of the players, but also the result of the dedicated support from the coaches, the wholehearted encouragement from the parents and the companionship of the Amity brand - artist Quyen Linh.

With support from the District 7 Cultural and Sports Center and the District 7 Department of Education and Training, D7 Sports Park Center plans to develop and expand its training activities in the shortest time possible.
The center hopes to continue to create many opportunities for children with a passion for football to study and develop their talents, contributing to improving the quality of sports in the community and bringing great values to the future generation of Vietnamese football.
The semi-finals of the 2023 U.10 HCMC Talent Tournament will take place tomorrow, June 28, with the first semi-final match taking place between Navy Phu Nhuan and District 4 (9am), the second semi-final match will take place between Shoptretho Ngoc Hung Center and District 7 - D7 Sports Park at 10am at Phu Nhuan Stadium.
