On September 13, Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the actual situation in the aquaculture development planning area in C2, C3 and Dam Nai area of Ninh Hai district. Accompanying him were Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

According to the province's planning, the area planned for aquaculture development in C2 and C3 areas has an area of about 2,200 hectares. Of which, the specialized marine aquaculture area has an area of more than 940 hectares and the wind power development area combined with marine aquaculture is more than 1,295 hectares. Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has submitted to the Prime Minister for approval the planning of the province's deep-water aquaculture area. From this planning, after being approved by the Government, the province will concretize it with action programs, issuing plans to attract investors to exploit marine aquaculture in this area. Through a field survey, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: Currently, there are a number of enterprises implementing a number of projects in the aquaculture area with initial success. These enterprises really hope that after the planning is available, the province will complete legal procedures so that investors have favorable conditions to expand the project. This is in line with the trend and desire of the province, as well as the people. During the implementation process, businesses will connect and support their people to maintain their traditions and change their professions towards applying science and technology.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee surveyed the aquaculture area in Dam Nai (Ninh Hai).

Inspecting aquaculture in Dam Nai area, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed that Dam Nai area has great potential for developing marine aquaculture combined with tourism development. However, in the past, the organization of aquaculture in this area has not been well controlled, leading to spontaneous farming, especially oyster and fish farming, which pollutes the environment. Therefore, through the survey and orientation of the province, in the coming time, the province will assign relevant departments and Ninh Hai district to review and report on specific tasks regarding the number of farming households, farming objects, farming area and environmental issues. The province will assign units to manage farming households, with environmental control for sustainable development of aquaculture. At the same time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the leaders of Ninh Hai District People's Committee to coordinate with departments and branches to closely monitor aquaculture production activities in Dam Nai sea area, not allowing people to spontaneously expand cages and rafts, polluting the environment.
