Accordingly, the area of the mine closure is 3.09 hectares; the current environmental status of the mine area is that both sides of the river have been filled up, with trees growing naturally and planted by local people, ensuring stability and safety of the river bank. The mine in this area was previously granted to Truong Phuc Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 661/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee.

It is known that the mine closure aims to manage and liquidate resources in the licensed mining area and hand them over to the People's Committee of Hai Lam commune, Hai Lang district for management according to the provisions of law.
