Faced with the difficult situation of orange growers in the West, FPT Shop has purchased more than 20 tons of oranges and will send them to FPT Shop's customers in 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta.
Although the retail industry is also facing many difficulties, FPT Shop still promptly joins hands to support farmers. Accordingly, on December 14, FPT Shop staff went to gardens in Tra Vinh and Vinh Long provinces to buy oranges, harvest oranges with farmers, classify and pack them to bring home.
According to a few FPT Shop stores in Can Tho province, customers were extremely surprised and delighted to receive these "bags of oranges". "I find this action of FPT Shop very practical, a gesture that should be replicated to accompany and share with farmers in this difficult time", Ms. Nguyen Thuy Chau excitedly said.
FPT Shop representative shared: “The bags of sweet oranges grown by local people on their own land are a small gift in lieu of FPT Shop’s sincere thanks to customers who have chosen the system. FPT Shop also hopes to contribute to spreading and introducing delicious fruits so that everyone will love and support our country’s agricultural products more.”
