The festival is held to introduce the achievements of generations of Vietnamese costume practitioners, promote the beauty of the five-panel ao dai and traditional costumes, and contribute to bringing Vietnamese ao dai - especially women's - closer to the public through a parade in the city center.

The event also aims to promote the achievements after many seasons of organization that have caused great resonance, received by a large number of audiences who love traditional costumes nationwide, responding to a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) (Photo: Nam Anh).
