Nearly 140 units of blood were received at the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival.

On July 16, at Sun World Ba Den Mountain Tourist Area, Tan Ninh Ward Red Cross Society, Binh Minh Ward Red Cross Society (Tay Ninh Province) and Tay Ninh Sun Joint Stock Company coordinated with Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center, Ho Chi Minh City to organize a voluntary blood donation festival with the message "A drop of blood given - A life left behind".

The festival attracted a large number of officers and employees of Tay Ninh Sun Joint Stock Company; officers, civil servants, employees, workers, youth union members, and armed forces from agencies and units in Tan Ninh and Binh Minh wards.

After one working session, Cho Ray Blood Transfusion Center, Ho Chi Minh City received 138 units of blood from volunteers.

This is a meaningful activity demonstrating the role of businesses accompanying the Red Cross in donating blood to save lives; promptly supplementing blood sources to blood banks for medical facilities./.
