More than 120 students from departments, branches and localities of Ha Tinh were disseminated the system of legal documents, principles and methods of land valuation.
On the morning of June 17, the Ha Tinh Provincial Land Valuation Council organized a training course on specific land valuation work. More than 120 trainees representing relevant departments, agencies, and localities attended the training course.
In his opening speech, Director of the Department of Finance Trinh Van Ngoc - Standing member of the Provincial Land Valuation Council emphasized: The training session helps members of the appraisal council grasp the State's regulations on specific land valuation work in practical conditions to overcome limitations, speed up progress, and improve the effectiveness of determining specific land prices and floor prices for payment to the State budget .
The training program content was delivered by Mr. Doan Ngoc Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Land Resources Development ( Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment ), Mr. Cao Dai Nghia - Deputy Head of Land Price Department, Department of Planning and Land Resources Development ( Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment ).
Trainees were informed about the system of legal documents on land prices; principles and methods of land valuation; land price framework; specific cases of land valuation application...
