According to the report of the Hai Duong Provincial Statistics Office, in November, the whole province disbursed 1,190 billion VND, an increase of 46.2% over the same period last year. Of which, the provincial level reached 735 billion VND, an increase of 56.4%; the district level 415 billion VND, an increase of 35.1%; the commune level 40 billion VND, an increase of 8.2%.
This is also the month with the highest increase in public investment disbursement since the beginning of the year. The reason is that some construction projects and projects with large total investment are in the asphalt paving stage, so the value is high; some projects are disbursing compensation capital for site clearance...
Some projects with high investment capital implemented in the month include: Kinh Mon River Overpass Bridge Construction Project and the access road connecting the interchange with National Highway 5; Investment Project to build the road to Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection); Investment Project to build the East-West axis road of Hai Duong province; Project to build the new Cay bridge access road and the extended 33m road (through Cam Giang district) connecting to Vu Cong Dan road (Hai Duong city)...
In the first 11 months of 2024, Hai Duong disbursed VND 5,455.6 billion, reaching 66% of the annual plan, up 6.9% over the same period last year. Of which, the provincial level reached VND 3,412.9 billion, accounting for 62.6% of the total investment capital, up 24.2%; the district level VND 1,813.6 billion, accounting for 33.2% of the total investment capital, down 11%; the commune level VND 228.1 billion, accounting for 4.2% of the total investment capital, down 28.2%.
Previously, on November 22, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting departments, branches, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, district-level People's Committees, and investors to continue to focus on accelerating the progress of completing investment preparation procedures, establishing, appraising and approving project designs and estimates; accelerating the progress of site clearance, implementing the approval of compensation and site clearance plans for projects that have met the prescribed conditions; urgently organizing the selection of contractors, signing project implementation contracts, and accelerating the progress of construction works.
In 2024, the whole province is expected to disburse more than VND 9,160 billion in public investment capital, reaching 97% of the total plan, exceeding more than 32% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister .
