Drug prevention and control propaganda sessions among union members and youth are also regularly organized, attracting a large number of young people to participate, raising awareness of preventing social evils that are on the rise in rural areas.

In particular, the youth of My Thien commune organized a campaign to respond to the Peak Day of "Joining hands to build new countryside" and the 4th Green Sunday in 2025. Specific tasks such as cleaning the martyrs' memorial house, clearing trees at the Party Committee headquarters, and general cleaning of public areas were carried out simultaneously, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and youth.

Doan Van Thiem, a student at the People's Police University, shared: "I feel proud to wear the green volunteer shirt and contribute my small part to my hometown of My Thien commune. What I remember most is the friendliness and enthusiasm of the union members - youth volunteers, the brothers and sisters working in the union at the commune, especially the dedication of the youth to their hometown of My Thien commune."

Not stopping at daily tasks, the "Green March" Campaign in My Thien commune also left a deep impression through the activity "When drinking water, remember its source", showing gratitude to policy families on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

The Commune Youth Union Executive Committee coordinated with the Police force to visit and present 50 gifts to families of war invalids, martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions in the commune. The total cost was more than 10 million VND, supported by actor Trung Cang. This is not only a simple social activity, but also an opportunity to educate the revolutionary tradition, gratitude, and the spirit of remembering the source of drinking water in today's young generation.

Comrade Ho Huu Phuong, Chief of My Thien Commune Police, assessed that the "Green March" Campaign contributed to spreading the close and good image of the People's Police soldiers in the hearts of local people. Activities coordinated with the Commune Youth Union, especially propaganda activities among union members and young people, created a connection between the People's Police and the Youth Union, contributing to helping local young people have a positive outlook on life and stay away from social evils.
