In 14 thematic resolutions, 100% of the district People's Council delegates voted in favor of passing the resolution to remove from the detailed list of medium-term public investment for the period 2021-2025 under the National Target Program on New Rural Construction of Thang Binh district 39 projects, with a total investment of more than 23 billion VND; at the same time, adding 7 projects with a total investment of 2 billion VND.

Regarding public investment under the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2025 in Thang Binh district, 9 projects with a total investment of 3.7 billion VND were removed from the investment portfolio; 7 projects were added with a total investment of more than 2 billion VND.

Delegates also unanimously approved the tasks and budget for the detailed planning project of 1/500 scale for the solid waste treatment area of Thang Binh district in Duc An village, Binh Phu commune, on an area of 7 hectares.

At this meeting, the district People's Council delegates passed a resolution to dismiss Mr. Phan Cong Vy - former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Thang Binh District Party Committee - from the position of Chairman of the District People's Council and from the position of delegate of the 12th Thang Binh District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term due to his application to resign from the above positions and retire according to the regime from March 1.
