Voters of Ha Long City propose: Propose that the province upgrade the mobile phone broadcasting station in Khe Phuong village, Ky Thuong commune (invested in 2018), because the current broadcasting quality is poor, not meeting the communication needs of the people.
Regarding this issue, the Department of Information and Communications responded as follows:
On June 6, 2023, the Department of Information and Communications issued Document No. 1190/STTTT-BCVT on reporting the progress of resolving the petitions of voters of Ha Long city sent to the 12th Session of the 14th Provincial People's Council according to Report No. 194/BC-HDND dated December 15, 2022 sent by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, requesting the People's Committee of Ha Long city to coordinate and urge Viettel Quang Ninh to deploy the upgrading of BTS column QNH1075 from 18m to 27m and broadcast the station to improve the quality of mobile waves to resolve the petitions of local voters.
On June 9, 2023, the Department of Information and Communications received Official Dispatch No. 3586/QNH-HT dated June 9, 2023 from Viettel Quang Ninh regarding the announcement of the completion of upgrading QNH 1075 station in Khe Phuong village, Ky Thuong commune, Ha Long city (attached document) and the confirmation of service quality from Mr. Ban Tai Vi, head of Khe Phuong village and Mr. Ly Xuan Vi, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ky Thuong commune.
