From there, the magazine will come up with a list of the world's best value travel destinations, where travellers get more value for their money with cheap and reasonable costs.
According to The Post Office UK, the ancient town of Hoi An leads the way thanks to its budget-friendly prices, with restaurants and bars costing less than other places. Out of eight popular items for tourists, Hoi An tops the list with three low-cost items: Beer (about $1.47), Coca-Cola (about $0.91) and sunscreen (about $4.70). This cost has helped Hoi An jump from sixth place in 2023 to first place in 2024.
