At the conference, delegates heard information about the topics "80 years of building, fighting and growing of the People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 18, 2025); 20 years of National Security Day" and "Recent situation of seas and islands; Vietnam's policies and solutions in the coming time".

Regarding the direction of oral propaganda work in May 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested units, localities, and Provincial Party Committee reporters to focus on a number of key contents, such as: Propagating, thoroughly grasping, and implementing the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee related to the work of organizing the apparatus of the political system, arranging administrative units and organizing local governments at 2 levels; Party Congresses at all levels and election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term;
