Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association launched the Gia Lai Provincial Women Journalists Club

The club was established with 108 members who are female journalists from Gia Lai Newspaper Association, Provincial Radio and Television Association, Dong Gia Lai Association, Tay Gia Lai Association, and Associations of Newspapers residing in Gia Lai . The club's Executive Board consists of 7 members, with journalist Doan Thi Bich Nga - Head of Administration and Advertising Department of Gia Lai Newspaper as the chairperson.

The Club is a professional organization of female journalists, operating under the leadership and management of the Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association. According to the operating regulations, the Club meets periodically every 6 months, the Club is organized and operates on the principles of voluntariness and democracy.

The establishment of the Women Journalists Club is to serve the spiritual and cultural needs of its members; to protect the legal rights of female journalists. Club members are allowed to participate in professional activities, training courses, sports, cultural and artistic movements, and field trips in and out of the province.

Speaking at the club's launching ceremony, journalist Huynh Kien - Editor-in-Chief of Gia Lai Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association said: "The establishment of the Gia Lai Provincial Women's Journalists Club has contributed to attracting and gathering female journalists in the province. The club is a place to gather, unite and encourage female journalists to promote their creative talents and complete their work well; create conditions for female journalists in the province to exchange and share expertise and skills; create a practical and useful playground for members who love journalism. The activities of the club will contribute to building the Gia Lai Provincial Journalists Association stronger and stronger, creating a bridge for activities related to journalism work".
