This year's job fair had 185 businesses participating in recruitment, of which more than 100 businesses participated in direct recruitment interviews on-site; more than 80 businesses entrusted and recruited through the City's Employment Service Center.
The total number of workers needed is 8,131, including the following levels: 2,297 university and postgraduate workers; 2,315 college and intermediate workers; the rest are technical workers and unskilled workers.

This year's job fair focuses on connecting and introducing jobs in many forms such as registering to submit applications and direct recruitment interviews.
At the same time, consulting, guiding, and propagating policies to support employment of the central and city governments. In particular, the highlight is the talk show "Innovative thinking - The foundation for students to be ready to start a business".
Speaking at the event, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of the City Department of Home Affairs hopes that through the festival, new graduates and workers will have the opportunity to access recruitment information, advice, career orientation, and find suitable jobs.
On the business side, it will be possible to recruit workers with knowledge and skills suitable for the job positions that the business needs to recruit.
