The Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone ( Khanh Hoa province) said that in the first 6 months of 2025, this agency has granted 6 new projects to Van Phong Economic Zone and 1 investment project in Suoi Dau Industrial Park (IP) with a total investment capital of 3,011.89 billion VND; adjusted to increase capital for 2 projects with an additional investment capital of nearly 297 billion VND.
Up to now, Van Phong Economic Zone has attracted 155 investment projects with a total registered capital of about 5.4 billion USD, implemented capital of 3.3 billion USD (reaching 61% of registered capital); of which 106 projects have come into operation.
For Suoi Dau Industrial Park, up to now, it has attracted 61 projects with a total registered investment capital of 315.24 million USD, implemented investment capital of 263.32 million USD; of which 50 projects are in operation, 11 projects are under investment and construction.
At the working session with Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam yesterday (July 8), Mr. Tran Minh Chien, Head of Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, also proposed that the Provincial People's Committee soon re-arrange the Land Fund Development Center in localities (after removing the district level), in order to effectively carry out site clearance work; develop criteria for project operation duration; prepare resettlement areas to speed up project implementation; arrange clean land funds to call for investors...
