Dong Mai Industrial Cluster is deployed in Dong Mai Ward (Quang Yen Town), with a total area of 16 hectares, total investment capital of nearly 300 billion VND. The investor in building the technical infrastructure of the Industrial Cluster is Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company.

According to information from the investor, the project is expected to be completed in September 2025. The land fund of the industrial park will meet the needs of 180 local production and business establishments and enterprises and investors in the area.

This is one of the key projects of Quang Yen town, aiming to implement the planning orientation and arrangement of industrial and handicraft establishments in the area. Specifically, it meets the need to relocate industrial and handicraft establishments out of residential areas, limit the impact of environmental pollution and be consistent with urban planning.

Vehicles and machinery are preparing to construct the infrastructure of Dong Mai Industrial Park, Quang Yen Town.

The industrial cluster will also become a condition for Quang Yen town to promote attracting new investment projects, exploiting the advantages of favorable geographical location, regional connectivity, convenient transportation, smooth administration... Thereby contributing to creating momentum for new development steps of the town as well as of Quang Ninh province.
