To ensure safety and security for the airspace and sea of the Fatherland, and to avoid surprises, a 24/7 watch is always in place at Truong Sa, Khanh Hoa province. Officers and soldiers on Truong Sa Island patrol and observe targets. Units in Truong Sa organize patrols and controls to detect and promptly handle any illegal encroachment by foreign vessels. In addition, officers and soldiers on the islands also actively participate in rescue, search and rescue, and support fishermen when they encounter difficulties at sea.
