Don't be afraid of difficulties, don't back down, must find solutions to implement Project 06

In the first 6 months of 2024, many major events took place in the province, but the tasks of Project 06 were still deployed, implemented and maintained regularly, ensuring according to the set plan: Completing 100% of cleaning population data, supplementing, updating and enriching data; ensuring security and safety of the province's information system; social security payments reached 80.76% (an increase of 36.7% compared to 2023); tuition and allowance payments for students reached 91.22% (an increase of 53.34%); 25 online public services under Project 06 of the whole province reached 97.7%; some areas reached 100%...

In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of some tasks of Project 06 is at risk of being slow, such as: Cleaning land data, housing information; the digitization of data on the results of administrative procedures related to land and housing has no specific solutions or roadmap; the work of cleaning specialized data on labor, construction, tax, and banking is still slow. Some pilot models have not been implemented or have been implemented but have not had results; the implementation of Project 06 tasks at some agencies and units shows signs of "slowing down"...

Representatives of the State Bank of Dien Bien province gave opinions at the conference.

The conference discussed and proposed solutions and directions to effectively implement the tasks of Project 06 in the coming time. In particular, focusing on a number of tasks: Updating and synthesizing data; digitizing administrative procedures; receiving and resolving opinions and recommendations of people through the Dien Bien Smart application...

Directing at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do requested members of the steering committee, the working group of Project 06 provinces and leaders of agencies and units to continue to complete the legal corridor; review, upgrade, and develop technology infrastructure to ensure synchronization and meet the needs of connection, sharing, and authentication with the national database on population. Promote digitalization and create shared data to facilitate electronic transactions between people, businesses and state agencies. Ensure security, safety and confidentiality; disseminate information to civil servants, public employees and workers to raise their sense of responsibility for system security and safety.

Agencies and units assigned to take charge of implementing pilot models of Project 06 continue to seriously implement them to bring about practical results, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the area. Leaders need to uphold their sense of responsibility with the motto "The assigned tasks must be carried out, without fear of difficulties, without retreat, and solutions must be found to carry them out at all costs".
