Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Viet Tri City Nguyen Manh Son delivered a closing speech at the meeting.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Viet Tri city voted to approve 5 draft resolutions including: Resolution on the Urban Management Regulations of Viet Tri city; Resolution on the Decision to extend the implementation period and disbursement of the capital investment plan from the city budget in 2023 to 2024; Resolution on the investment policy for the project of building the Commune Police Headquarters in Viet Tri city; Resolution on the dismissal of members of the City People's Committee; Resolution on the election of additional members of the City People's Committee.
These are important contents, serving as the basis for the City People's Committee to implement projects, complete and synchronize traffic infrastructure, increase the value of urban landscape architecture, meet the aspirations of the people, and complete the criteria for a type I urban area of the province.

With a sense of responsibility, promoting democracy, and concentrating intelligence, the City People's Council delegates focused on discussing and expressing high agreement with the submissions and inspection reports at the Session.
At this session, the City People's Council dismissed comrade Ha Viet Thanh - former Head of the City Police Department from the position of member of the City People's Committee due to job transfer and elected comrade Bui Quang Khoa - Head of the City Police Department as a member of the City People's Committee, term XXI, 2021-2026.
