Once a familiar face in the strategy game community, Nguyen Tu (30 years old) left the livestream spotlight to enter a new game: Entrepreneurship.

Originating from a small online kitchen serving the night gaming community, this business is the result of a young couple: a Western girl passionate about cooking - the one who started the fire, and a streamer - the one who kept the fire. They chose the culinary industry to start a new journey with 2 goals: satisfying their passion and taking care of the family economy .

Every day at 6pm, when the street lights come on, the kitchen starts to get going. Ingredients are prepared according to standard procedures, each step is calculated to meet the rush of orders from dusk to midnight.
According to their confession, they serve no less than 300 meals to customers who order through social media channels and food delivery platforms.

The staff is mostly GenZ, working part-time. They maintain the habit of holding quick meetings before each shift to update on changes during the day: new dishes on the menu, process adjustments, or special notes in operations.

Technology is the thread that runs through and smoothly connects all parts of the kitchen.
In the photo, staff are using KiotViet software - a platform that helps centrally manage orders from ShopeeFood, GrabFood and other channels on a single screen. Previously, they had to enter each order manually, but now everything is automated and reported to the kitchen in real time.

Electronic invoices generated from the cash register have now become an indispensable part of this kitchen. “Even for just one meal, there is an electronic invoice,” said the staff who generated the invoice.

The restaurant's shippers and food delivery platforms are all well-coordinated, with no jostling even during rush hours. They have their own waiting area, receiving their meals in turn as soon as the kitchen finishes the order.

Applying technology throughout operations helps Mr. Tu not only maintain stable revenue from the online dining model, but also balance his family time.
