According to the schedule, the Vietnam Olympic team will face Mongolia (September 19), Iran (September 21) and Saudi Arabia (September 24).
All matches of the red team take place at Linping Sport Center.
Men's football at the 19th ASIAD has a total of 6 groups with 23 teams (5 groups with 4 teams and 1 group with 3 teams), competing in a round robin to calculate points.
The 12 first and second place teams in each group and the four third place teams with the best results will qualify.
On September 13, Coach Hoang Anh Tuan announced the list of 24 players preparing for ASIAD 19.
On September 16, the whole team will leave Vietnam for Hangzhou (China) to attend this tournament.
