(HNMO) - On May 19, the Organizing Committee of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2023 with the theme " A World Without Distance" announced specific information about the competing teams.

Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2023 promises to bring many special performances.

Accordingly, this year's DIFF brings together 8 "talents" from England, Italy, Poland, France, Australia, Canada, Finland and Da Nang - Vietnam, expected to bring the audience a "feast" of light, color, music and sublime emotions.

The Polish team brought the performance "Fireworks Dragon". This is a performance that has been recreated by the Polish team many times in fireworks festivals around the world. At DIFF 2023, the theme "Fireworks Dragon" will be "redrawn" by the Polish team on the stage by the Han River, including 6 story parts on the same music.

This year, the reigning DIFF runner-up Pyrotex Fireworx from the UK will participate in a fireworks display with the strength of a “light show” with the theme “Light Up the World”, telling the story of humanity's resilience in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to team captain Mark Kelsall, this year's light "paintings" will have a different, powerful and emotional design combined with expressive music such as Lady Gaga's rock ballad Shallow or Leona Lewis' Run, Light Up.

Meanwhile, the Finnish team promises to bring many surprises to Da Nang with a performance themed "Starting the Heart". Building on what they have achieved to win the DIFF tournament for the first time in 2019, the Finnish team will perform fireworks to the extremely unique rock music of JoHo Pyro.

The host Vietnam - Da Nang Fireworks Team - has prepared an elaborate lighting show with the theme "Da Nang - The Sound of Peace". The fireworks display consists of 3 parts, combining musical melodies that are sometimes gentle, sometimes strong, sometimes grand with colorful fireworks effects.

The home team Da Nang always brings surprises with every fireworks display.

Meanwhile, Canada and France will perform fireworks displays with the themes “Northern Lights” and “Colours of Hope”. Canada’s Hands Fireworks team is considered a “veteran”, having participated in all DIFF competitions so far. Meanwhile, France’s ArtEventia team is the “youngest”, having only been established since 2013.

Specifically, Hands Fireworks will bring to the Han River sky beautiful streaks of light with the theme "Aurora". No need to go to the North Pole of the Earth, right in the heart of Da Nang, the audience can enjoy the surreal beauty of this natural phenomenon that fascinates many people. The special feature of the performance is 14 electronic music pieces with extremely unique sounds and rhythms to honor Canada's vibrant music scene.

The representative from England has won many awards at DIFF.

Meanwhile, the French team with the theme “Colours of Hope” will tell a story that reminds us that resilience is the only hope to discover all the beauty of life.

The representative from Italy is the Martarello Group, one of the most honored names in the DIFF. This team always emphasizes the artistic exchange in music when taking inspiration from the artistic masterpiece of Lucio Fontana for the theme "Ancient Space and Modern Light".

The Australian team promises to cause a surprise at DIFF 2023.

Also one of the teams with many achievements when participating in DIFF, the Australian team Howard & Sons Pyrotechnics will have a performance called "Light, light, mate", focusing on technique with 7,500 pyrotechnic devices.

DIFF 2023 with the theme “World without distance” will take place from June 2 to July 8, 2023 at the fireworks stage on the Han River, Da Nang city with 5 competition nights. The opening night (June 2) and the final (July 8) will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel.
