According to Fabrizio Romano, Everton have approached Man City to initiate negotiations to sign Grealish on loan. The Merseyside club are willing to pay part of Grealish's £300,000-a-week salary, but do not include a buyout clause.

However, talkSPORT reports that Man City will not accept any loan deal unless Everton agree to pay Grealish's full wages for the 2025/26 season. The 29-year-old has two years left on his contract, but has not been in Pep Guardiola's plans since last season.

In addition to Everton, Tottenham and Napoli have also expressed interest in signing Grealish. In addition, the England midfielder has just rejected an offer from Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce.

Fanatik reported that Fenerbahce were willing to pay £25 million for Grealish. However, the former Aston Villa star wants to stay in the Premier League, or in Europe's top leagues such as La Liga or Serie A.

Grealish was not present in Man City's first friendly match against Preston recently. It is likely that this midfielder will not travel with the team to Italy, where Man City will face Palermo in a friendly on August 10.
