Delicious syrup violates quality
The Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) recommends that people should not use the health protection food Hai Be Delicious Syrup of Hai Be Company Limited while the authorities are verifying the incident related to product quality.
The main active ingredient in Hai Be Appetite Syrup is only less than 70% of the declared amount.

Previously, this agency received information that the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Binh Provincial Police had initiated a case and prosecuted Tran Dai Phuc, Director of Hai Be Company Limited (Thanh Tay village, Van Phu commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh ) and Le Van Hai (owner of the social network account TikTok Gia Dinh Hai Sen), co-founders of the company.
According to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, the appraisal results for the quality indicators of the health protection food Hai Be Delicious Syrup (announced by Hai Be Company Limited and responsible for the product quality), the substances including vitamin A, calcium, vitamin C (the main substances that create the product's effects) only reached less than 70% compared to the announcement.
The health protection food product Hai Be Delicious Syrup has been granted a product declaration registration certificate No. 1121/2024/DKSP dated January 30, 2024 and advertising content confirmation certificate No. 1121/2024/XNQC-ATTP dated June 7, 2024 for Hai Be Company Limited by the Department of Food Safety.
However, the Food Safety Department recommends that people should not use the health protection food Hai Be Delicious Syrup of Hai Be Company Limited, while the authorities are verifying the incident.
According to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, from 2024 to early June 2025, more than 100,000 Hai Be Appetite Syrup products were sold on the market.
