Recorded on Hoang Dieu, Phan Chau Trinh (Hai Chau ward), Trung Nu Vuong, Le Quy Don (Hoa Cuong ward), Tran Hung Dao, Vo Nguyen Giap (An Hai ward), Ham Nghi (Thanh Khe ward), rainwater rose to the edge of the sidewalk, some places were flooded. Some low-lying roads required people to push their motorbikes through flooded areas.
Flooding is even more serious on routes under construction, forcing vehicles to stay close to the embankment to avoid being submerged in water and shutting down their engines.
Meanwhile, on Nguyen Luong Bang and Au Co streets in Hoa Khanh ward, heavy rain caused the water to not drain fast enough, causing deep flooding and rapid flow.
