Fishing is a very hard job because fishermen have to stand in the sun and rain offshore and soak in cold water for hours. Especially in the rainy season, Tri An Lake often has big waves and strong winds, making fishing difficult and dangerous. However, many fishermen living on Tri An Lake still choose to stay here to make a living because this profession has helped them have stable jobs and a secure life.
