The time to start school early and the extension of the school year must not exceed 15 days to ensure the implementation and completion of the preschool education, general education and continuing education program in case of natural disasters and epidemics; for special cases arising, report to the Ministry of Education and Training before implementation.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training decides to let students take time off from school in case of extreme weather, natural disasters and arrange make-up classes; ensure teachers' time off during the school year. Report to the Ministry of Education and Training on: The situation of preparing for the school year and the situation of organizing the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year before September 10, 2024; Summarize the implementation of tasks, key solutions for the 2024-2025 school year and the results of implementing emulation criteria, propose consideration of rewards for the school year before June 25, 2025.
