(NLDO)- A young man with blond hair drove a car to block another car, then cursed, punched, and attacked the driver with a weapon.
On the afternoon of March 8, the leader of Ngoc Son ward (Kien An district, Hai Phong city) said that Ngoc Son ward police were temporarily detaining a blond-haired young man who blocked the road and assaulted the driver of a car with license plate 15k-360.xx on Phan Dang Luu street (Kien An district) the same morning.

Previously, at noon on March 8, on Facebook, a clip was circulated about a young man with blond hair assaulting another car driver after a traffic collision on Phan Dang Luu Street, Ngoc Son Ward, Kien An District, Hai Phong City.
According to the clip, the blond-haired young man driving a gray 5-seat car with license plate 20A-007.xx suddenly jumped in front of a white 5-seat car with license plate 15K-360.xx. After that, the blond-haired young man continuously cursed and punched the driver sitting in car 15K-360.xx.
The clip recorded the scene where the driver of the car with license plate 15k-360.xx was blocked, cursed and assaulted by a blond-haired young man driving a car with license plate 20A-007.xx.
Also according to the recorded clip, the blond-haired young man also used an object resembling an iron pipe to repeatedly hit the driver of the car with license plate 15k-360.xx.
Many people who tried to stop him were also assaulted and beaten back by the blond-haired young man. Immediately afterwards, the subject was subdued and handed over to the authorities.
Notably, when the traffic police appeared, this young man still spoke with an arrogant attitude.
According to witnesses, the incident occurred at 10:50 a.m. on March 8 on Phan Dang Luu Street, Ngoc Son Ward, Kien An District, possibly stemming from a conflict while participating in traffic.
