The environmental workshop was organized by high school students in Hanoi with the hope of raising people's awareness of green lifestyles and the importance of protecting the ecosystem; calling on the community to join hands to create a green environment, spreading practical values for the community.
CLEEN Project is a non-profit project established in 2018 by high school students in Hanoi with the aim of protecting the environment. After 6 seasons of active operation, the project has successfully left remarkable marks in the journey of raising people's awareness of the mission of protecting the environment through volunteering, collecting and exhibitions.
Entering its 7th season, the event has received a lot of attention and response from the community and has successfully collected approximately 350kg of materials including about 150kg of paper and 200kg of glass. The organizers have recycled the above materials and brought a completely new activity to the environmental protection workshop "Khoi Huyen", recently held in Hanoi.
Event participants had the opportunity to experience a variety of exciting activities such as making keychains from velvet, decorating tote bags, making mosaic paintings from recycled glass, taking souvenir photos and buying eco-friendly products.
The event attracted the attention of the community.
Head of the Organizing Committee Nguyen Huy Minh Bao shared: "We hope that the workshop will raise people's awareness of the current state of the environment around us by recycling common materials into beautiful decorative items. For example, the mosaic paintings at the workshop are made from glass bottles that we have collected before. At the end of the main event, after deducting the organization costs, the remaining money will be used for the charity purpose of planting trees in Hanoi."
