* On the morning of September 10, commemorating the 93rd anniversary of Nghe Tinh Soviet Day (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2023), a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a flower and incense offering ceremony at the Soviet Martyrs Memorial House and Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site.

* The 2023 National Jujitsu Championship will take place from September 7 to 10, with the participation of more than 300 athletes from 26 provinces, cities and sectors across the country.
