The project is chaired by comrade Nguyen Huu Thien - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. Attending the acceptance ceremony were comrade Tran Khac Thang - Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and members of the project's management board.

The scientific topic "Preventing and combating the plot of " peaceful evolution" in political ideology in Quang Nam province" was assigned to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department (now the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department) to preside over and implement from April 2022.

The research focuses on identifying and assessing the current situation and plots of "peaceful evolution" in political ideology in Quang Nam province against groups of forces, including: armed forces; dignitaries, officials, religious followers; intellectuals; artists; press; cadres, civil servants, public employees; retired cadres; workers; farmers; union members, youth; students and on cyberspace.

At the same time, it sets out common tasks and solutions for all levels and sectors and specific tasks for each force in the work of preventing and combating the "peaceful evolution" plot in political ideology in Quang Nam province in the coming years.

Based on the content of 36 topics of the authors, the Board of Directors has researched, compiled and completed the work with a capacity of more than 300 A4 pages, including an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion and references.

At the acceptance meeting, the majority of council members highly appreciated the results and successes of the project, unanimously approved and proposed to complete the dossier to submit to the Provincial Science Council for official acceptance.

In his concluding remarks, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Huu Thien affirmed: The topic "Preventing and combating the plot of "peaceful evolution" in political ideology in Quang Nam province" is the result of a scientific research project with meticulous, serious and dedicated investment from the project's Management Board and participating members.

The data, comments and assessments have correctly highlighted the outstanding advantages; at the same time, pointed out a number of limitations for all aspects and each force in the process of implementing the task of preventing and combating the "peaceful evolution" plot in political ideology in Quang Nam province.

The project management board receives and completes the content and documents to submit to the Provincial Scientific Council for acceptance.
