Recently, runner-up Ngoc Hang attracted the attention of the beauty-loving community when she shared the evening gown she will perform at the Miss Intercontinental 2023 final. According to the beauty born in 2003, this outfit is called "Goddess wings" and was designed by designer Song Toan.
Sharing with Dan Viet , runner-up Ngoc Hang said that she and designer Song Toan spent a lot of time researching and learning about Egyptian culture. "The outfit was inspired by the beauty of the Egyptian Queen, one of the symbols of beauty and power, by my team and I," Ngoc Hang said.

Referring to the material of the evening gown that the Vietnamese representative will perform at the Miss Intercontinental 2023 final, designer Song Toan said: "The costume named "Goddess Wings" weighs about 20kg, is made of mesh fabric and is embellished with different types of stones, creating interesting patterns on the surface of the material. As for the skirt, I used very light and airy chiffon material to help the wings flutter on stage during Ngoc Hang's performance.
During the process of making this costume, we did not encounter any major obstacles. Luckily, after completing this dress, Ngoc Hang tried it on, without having to edit or change any details. Currently, I look forward to Ngoc Hang's appearance at the Miss Intercontinental 2023 finals."
