The final night of Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam 2024 just took place in Da Nang City. After the rounds, beauty Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh won the highest position. The new Miss Culture and Tourism Vietnam 2024 was born in Yen Bai . She currently lives and works in Hanoi. She is the General Director of a book and media company. The beauty is 1m68 tall, weighs 57 kg, and measures 93-68-96 cm.
Because she works in the field of printing and book publishing, Ngoc Thanh loves Vietnamese culture and likes to travel.
