Specifically, in Decision No. 1228/QD-THVN dated October 7, 2024, General Director of Vietnam Television Le Ngoc Quang appointed Mr. Nguyen Trong Ninh - Deputy Head of the Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Center for Digital Content Production and Development - to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of VTV Times. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Reporter Nguyen Trong Ninh was appointed as deputy editor-in-chief of VTV News.

Before taking on his new position and responsibility, journalist Nguyen Trong Ninh was Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Office, Center for Digital Content Production and Development.
