In the coming time, Vietnam Airlines will continue to update the roadmap for transferring other domestic routes to Terminal T3 and will widely notify passengers through official channels. It is expected that the airline will arrange check-in counters at Terminal T3 from number 56-109, along with 22 automatic check-in counters to help passengers save time and increase initiative.

To ensure a smooth journey, passengers are advised to carefully check the departure terminal information on their tickets, learn the T3 terminal map, arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight time, and prioritize using online check-in on the website, mobile application or at self-service kiosks at the airport.

With a modern design, equipped with many advanced aviation technologies, and a synchronously invested system of runways and overpasses, Terminal T3 will receive nearly 80% of the total number of domestic flights arriving and departing at Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Passenger terminal T3 has a total floor area of up to 112,500m², including 1 basement and 4 upper floors, scientifically and modernly arranged with 90 traditional check-in counters, 20 automatic baggage drop counters and 42 check-in kiosks.

Passengers who have checked in online can check their luggage at the bagdrop counter at Tan Son Nhat Terminal T3.

The operation of Terminal T3 not only improves the quality of the airline's services and the passenger experience through the application of advanced aviation technology, but also contributes to making Tan Son Nhat gradually become an important aviation hub in the Asian region.

This is an important step in the aviation infrastructure development strategy, creating conditions for Vietnam Airlines Group to bring greater convenience and synchronization to passengers, aiming for 5-star service.
