European Education Week 2024 is organized annually by the Delegation of the European Union and the Embassies of EU Member States to Vietnam. This year's program takes place from October 19 to 23, including two main events: European Education Fair and Erasmus+ Vietnam Day.

The European Education Fair has the direct participation of nearly 60 universities from EU countries, providing a lot of information and attractive scholarship opportunities in various majors and levels. In addition, diverse perspectives on the experience of living in Europe are shared at the consulting booths of the EU Alumni Network, the EU Delegation, and embassies and organizations of 18 EU member states in Vietnam including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, along with EU education programs.

In addition, for the first time, the European Education Fair organized a discussion session with the participation of European businesses in Vietnam, providing useful information on developing necessary skills and career opportunities at businesses for European students when they return to Vietnam.

Within the framework of the European Education Week, the Erasmus+ Vietnam Day event, which is being held for the first time, will share information about the Erasmus+ programme for universities, organisations and education managers, while creating opportunities for Vietnamese and European universities to expand connections, share expertise in cooperation projects, and establish new partnerships.

Sharing about the European Education Week 2024, EU Ambassador to Vietnam Julien Guerrier said that studying in Europe not only helps international students bring back valuable knowledge accumulated in the classroom to Vietnam, but also valuable experiences such as diverse academic options, affordable costs, and more importantly, personal experiences in culture and society.

"I truly believe that, with meetings with representatives from nearly 60 EU universities and EU member states at the European Education Week, students will have a comprehensive view of what studying in Europe can bring and be inspired for their study abroad journey," Ambassador Julien Guerrier said.
