On October 31, the water level measured in Tan Hung town was 2.20m, 1cm lower than the previous day and 33cm lower than the same period.

In Vinh Hung district, the flood peak appeared on October 25, reaching 2.25m, 29cm lower than the flood peak in 2022. The water level measured in Vinh Hung town on October 31 was 2.22m, 1cm lower than the previous day. It is forecasted that in the next few days, the flood level will continue to recede by 1-2cm day and night.
