It is known that storm No. 3 and floods have caused severe damage to the power grid in the northern provinces. In particular, Quang Ninh province had more than 1,400 broken power poles causing widespread power outages. According to Quang Ninh Newspaper, after more than 4 days after the storm, by September 10, Quang Ninh Electricity Company had restored power to nearly 45% of the total 59 110kV lines, 50% of the total 180 fallen medium-voltage lines, and restored power to more than 134,000 customers. Many places still have no power.
