(NLDO) - Analyzing a collection of prehistoric jewelry in a Polish museum, scientists were shocked to discover 3 items containing extraterrestrial materials.

According to Heritage Daily , the jewelry of extraterrestrial origin, currently kept at the Częstochowa Museum (Poland), are burial objects excavated from ancient tombs in the city of Częstochowa in southern Poland.

The team at the museum analyzed 26 funerary objects in their collection using portable X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (p-XRF) and energy-dispersive scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS).

As a result, they discovered three bracelets containing strange materials that did not belong to Earth.

These bracelets are made of iron, but the isotopes inside this iron show that it does not come from any iron mine on Earth, but is extraterrestrial iron.

Of course, scientists don’t think it’s alien jewelry. Instead, artisans living in ancient Poland found this material from meteorites and found it suitable for jewelry making.

The results of the examination also showed that these bracelets belonged to the Lusatian culture that existed during the late Bronze Age and early Iron Age (1300–500 BC).

This extraterrestrial material was combined with Earth iron during crafting to create more intricate designs.

A single meteorite was used for all three rings, suggesting that ancient craftsmen may have shared a space rock they captured in the area.

The details on the rings also show that meteorite iron was simply used because artisans discovered its potential in helping to make more beautiful iron rings, rather than for ceremonial purposes as in earlier periods.

Jewelry or objects made from extraterrestrial materials are not uncommon among ancient civilizations, but most are excavated from royal tombs.
