Approval of planning for a new residential area southeast of Gia Loc town, over 22 hectares wide

New residential planning area southeast of Gia Loc town

Gia Loc District People's Committee has just approved the detailed planning, scale 1/500, of the new residential area southeast of Gia Loc town.

The planning research scale is about 36.7 hectares. The residential area is adjacent to Chua So - Quang Giang canal; the safety corridor of Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway; the safety corridor of National Highway 38B and agricultural land, cemetery. In which, the detailed planning area of the residential area is 22.16 hectares; the planned population is expected to be about 2,300 people.

The residential area includes townhouses (maximum 5 floors) arranged along traffic routes, villas (maximum 3 floors). The commercial service area is planned in the west, adjacent to the National Highway 38B corridor, with building heights from 3-5 floors.

The public area includes: 1 educational land, 1 cultural house land, 1 sports field. The green park area is a gathering place for recreational activities serving the people in the area including: green trees, a park area combined with a central square and flower gardens and green trees scattered in the residential area.

Arrange parking lots at points adjacent to residential land and urban public land.
