Phuc Loi organized a conference to collect comments on the draft Political Report of the 1st Ward Party Congress.

HNP - On the afternoon of July 29, at the 3rd floor Hall - Headquarters of the People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee held a Conference to collect comments on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

This is an important political event to promote collective intelligence, build a quality Congress document that is practical and has long-term development orientation for the locality.

Attending the Conference were comrade Nguyen The Thach - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Loi Ward; comrades in the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the ward; representatives of leaders of departments, offices, and units of the ward; secretaries of party cells, grassroots party cells, and secretaries of party cells of residential groups.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen The Thach emphasized the key role of building political documents to submit to the 1st Congress of Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee. This is the first time Phuc Loi Ward has organized a Party Congress after its establishment under Resolution No. 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, on the basis of merging part of the area and population of Phuc Dong, Phuc Loi, Viet Hung, Giang Bien, Thach Ban wards (belonging to the old Long Bien district) and Co Bi commune (belonging to the old Gia Lam district). Therefore, the political report is not only a summary of the previous term but also determines the direction and tasks of development in the new context with higher requirements.

The first draft of the political report was elaborately constructed, closely following the direction and guidance of the Central Committee and the Hanoi Party Committee; at the same time inheriting and synthesizing the results of implementing the Resolutions of the old Party Committees, the results of merging administrative units, the local practical situation and development trends in the new period.

During the discussion, delegates expressed high consensus on the structure, content and orientation of the Draft Political Report. Many comments were profound, focusing on groups of issues such as: Party building and political system; sustainable socio-economic development; urban, land and environmental resource management; digital transformation; ensuring national defense and security; improving people's quality of life. Delegates highly appreciated the Draft's spirit of innovation, inheritance and development, while focusing on feasibility and measurability through specific indicators.

Contributing his opinion at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh - delegate of residential group No. 17 proposed that the Party Committee Standing Committee should proactively receive and collect all the minutes of comments from the subordinate Party cells, in order to ensure democracy, objectivity and fully reflect the aspirations and will of cadres, Party members and people in the area. At the same time, he also emphasized that the construction of the political report needs to have a synthesis of factors of inheritance, innovation and adaptation to the requirements of the current urban government model.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Nguyen The Thach - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the delegates in contributing to the construction of the political report. He affirmed that the comments will be seriously received by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, fully synthesized and studied, edited and supplemented into the Draft to complete the report to be submitted to the Ward Party Executive Committee, ensuring quality, meeting the requirements and expectations of cadres, party members and people.

He also requested that the subordinate Party cells continue to organize to collect opinions and suggestions widely in Party cell activities, and at the same time strengthen propaganda and mobilization so that cadres, Party members and people clearly understand the meaning and importance of the First Ward Party Congress. From there, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy and intelligence, contributing to the success of the Congress, towards the goal of building Phuc Loi Ward to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, modern and happy.
