This is an activity to celebrate the establishment of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward and move towards the first Party Congress of the ward, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Ha Anh Tuan said: Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward is a central, densely populated area with many key streets, with vibrant civil, commercial, medical and educational activities. Therefore, the requirement to ensure traffic safety and order, urban order, public order, and environmental sanitation is becoming more urgent, requiring strong, synchronous, and drastic participation of the entire political system and the entire people.
This peak period aims at 4 main goals: Establishing and maintaining discipline and order on streets and alleys; ensuring clear sidewalks, clean streets, and safe traffic; strictly handling violations of encroachment on roads and sidewalks, illegal business, illegal advertising, illegal dumping of garbage at the wrong time and place; raising people's awareness of law compliance; promoting the role of residential groups, organizations and grassroots authorities; creating a civilized - clean - modern - safe urban appearance, contributing to welcoming the first Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025-2030.
To effectively resolve and maintain urban order in the ward, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to functional forces, focusing on directing the strengthening of inspection and strict handling of long-standing violations; promoting propaganda work..., in order to create clear and sustainable changes, contributing to building a green - clean - beautiful - civilized - modern Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the ward's functional forces, as assigned, carried out patrols, controlled urban order, regulated traffic at hot spots, focused on handling long-standing violations, and coordinated with residential groups in community surveillance.
Along with that, the functional forces also divided into groups to distribute Commitments on complying with the provisions of the law on fire prevention and fighting, ensuring traffic safety, urban order, and environmental sanitation to each household in the ward.
